A

FIXED MANAGEMENT FEE

A management fee of AED 1,500 per month will be charged by the Agent. Services covered under this fee include:

Listing your properties in Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) Availing professional photography and compelling listing description Conducting a market analysis for competitive rental pricing Marketing the property on Airbnb  We will manage tenant interactions including inquiries, viewings, screening, and selections. Procurement and maintenance of a DTCM Permit and the necessary daily records. Presenting three distinct property insurance quotes for the Owner's consideration. Monthly financial reports: Summarizing rent collections, expenses, and providing detailed account statements.

OPERATIONAL FEE

An operational Fee equivalent to fifteen percent ( 15% ) of the gross rent, under this fee include:

An operational fee equivalent to 15% of the gross rent, encompassing: Regular communication with building management, security, maintenance contractors, and cleaning/laundry services. Assurance of premium check-in and check-out experiences for tenants. Employment of third parties for property decoration, maintenance, cleaning, enhancement, and repair as necessary. Mandatory reporting to the Owner for any improvement or repair exceeding AED 1,500 and obtaining explicit approval before commencement.
